Each new client automatically receives three months of free telephone technical support. This support is designed to help new users of DeepSpar Recovery Systems learn the fundamentals of the products, the 3D Data Recovery process, and techniques for working with specific drives. Beyond the first three months of free telephone support, clients can purchase additional months as required.


The Client Forum


All of our clients have lifetime access to our exclusive online forum. The forum is constantly monitored by our technical support staff, and questions posted by our clients receive responses within one to two days. Also, our technical support team is constantly doing research and posting new data recovery methods and techniques, explanations for new product features, and any other useful information.

Often e-mail is one of the most useful support methodologies simply because questions and answers are in written format and cannot be forgotten.
